Try this to activate - credit goes to Chris123NT at VinylZine

1) Stop software protection service:

admin command prompt:
net stop sppsvc /y
OR
Use services.msc
OR
CTRL-ALT-DEL select task manager
select services tab
find sppsvc under the name heading
right click - select stop service

Same procedure to start service.

2) Replace pkeyconfig.xrm-ms with the one from build 7232 located at C:\Windows\System32\spp\tokens\pkeyconfig

3) Replace tokens.dat with the one from build 7232 located at C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\SoftwareProtectionPlatform

4)Restart software protection service

5) Now use RC key it should work and activate.
